RACKING PROCESS : DAY 7-8


DAY 7 - 20TH NOVEMBER 2014 
The picture is still the same as yesterday. 

On the 8th day, 21st NOVEMBER 2014. We transfered the wine bottle into a new bottle for the third time.


The wine is much more clearer and the amount of lees is also reduced.
